Villa Sardinien

Villa at Sardinien is located in Liscia di Vacca near Porto Cervo in a community of twelve luxury villas. The location has one of the most colourful histories of any on the entire Costa Smeralda. In the 1960’s a group of English nobles formed a syndicate to purchase and merge properties scattered around Porto Cervo, which at that time was experiencing a construction boom. This move helped preserve the region and maintain its pristine beauty to this day.

The villa offers over 600 square metres of living space on an estate measuring 3,120 square metres. It can house ten people in five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located the main house, and another one belongs to the adjacent guest house. All bedrooms come with fully appointed modern bathrooms. The villa is completely furnished and equipped according to the latest standards.

The villa has three separate garages with room for up to six vehicles.

Services and Security

The villa is fully wired with an alarm system connected directly to a professional security company. The villa is also under surveillance at night by the property’s security guards. Additional services available include maintenance and repairs for the villa and pool as well as a daily full maid. A full-time private cook is also for hire as needed.

From Olbia Airport – which can be reached from numerous European cities – it is approximately 40 km to Liscia di Vacca where Villa Cassedda is located. The journey from the airport takes about 35 minutes. The harbour at Porto Cervo 2.5 km away can be reached in just a few minutes. The marina of Poltu Quato in the immediate vicinity of the villa makes the ideal spot to keep a boat. An international Helicopter Service based in Liscia di Vacca can also be reached within three minutes offering a day and night landing operations assistance.

Villa Cassedda is completely furnished. The spacious interior rooms with a total living area of 600 square metres are equipped according to the latest standards. Elegant appointments emphasize the clear architecture and accentuate elements such as woods and natural stones. The minimised furnishing leaves plenty of living space whilst also giving off a cosy feeling. The villa is fully equipped with satellite TV and WLAN/Internet.

The villa has its own 12-metre long heated outdoor swimming pool with an outdoor shower and enough room for private sunbathing. With the pool’s night lighting, swimmers can also take a late dip. A terrace with seating for up to ten people provides a relaxing atmosphere. Maintenance is taken care of by a pool service.
